Come see Hawaii’s top female chefs and expert female mixologists battle for cash, prizes and the title in the Top Shelf Tailgate 2026 Les Dames d’Escoffier Culinary & Cocktail Invitational. A fundraiser for our LDEI Hawaii philanthropic endeavors. Mahalo to our sponsors and Black Shamrock Tavern, our host once again for this fun event.
Each ticket purchase includes TWO FREE full-size cocktails AND food and drink tastings from each competitor. Sample the competitors’ creative interpretations of the theme dishes and vote for the People’s Choice!
